For the second year in a row, Zero-Energy Plans has won the coveted 2010 Built Green® Washington “Net Zero Energy Home of the Year”. This years award was presented to the ZEP Y/F-1 home’s owners at the kick-off dinner for the regional MBAKS Built Green® Conference in Bellevue, Washington. In attendance were top Green Builders from around the region. Once again, CVH Inc. was the builder for this spectacularly efficient home.
On March 5th, 2009, CVH Inc. was presented with the Built Green® Washington “Net Zero Energy Home of the Year” award for the S-1 plan, designed by Zero-Energy Plans LLC.
About Ted Clifton
Ted L. Clifton has been a designer and builder for more than 45 years. Educated at Berkeley, California, Ted has worked in every phase of construction and knows first-hand what it takes to design and construct a quality home. Having built hundreds of homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, Ted has the advantage of extensive knowledge of the means and methods used in all three. He has worked in three very different climate zones, from the foothills of California, to Ketchikan, Alaska, to Whidbey Island, Washington.
