Plan Overview

Ok, you want luxury, here it is! I absolutely refuse to build a two-bedroom home any bigger than this, but this one is so efficient, and has so much south facing roof area for solar hot water and electrical production, I just had to do it! The Master Suite is as large as many homes, with a master closet large enough for Imelda Marcos’ shoe collection! The Dining room will seat fourteen easily, the galley-style gourmet kitchen is laid out for some serious group cooking. And then the Guest areas upstairs, huge Guest Bedroom, bathroom with jetted corner tub, expansive loft area with room for guests to stretch out without getting in the way of their hosts!

The original version of this house has a full basement underneath, which could be used as a garage with a second level of stairs connecting to the main level, or it could just be workshop and storage area. Then again, at 40’x48′, it is big enough for both! We can also put this house on a slab, if that is what your lot demands. You provide the view, this home will do the rest!
