Positive NRG 1941

This is a slimmed-down version of our Positive NRG 2100 plan. With a spectacular timber-framed front porch, cathedral ceilings throughout, and fully attached two-car garage, this home lives well! The sumptuous master bath features a south-facing travertine shower, with passive solar to heat the tiles for that Cabo San Lucas feel! The clear south-facing roof area will handle up to 18 kW of solar panels, to power the house and two cars for at least 20,000 total miles per year. Perhaps we should just change our name to Positive NRG™ Home plans, it seems like that is all we are doing these days!
