Plan Overview

This comfortable one bedroom luxury home was originally designed as one of seven true net Zero-Energy plans to be built in a fifty-five plus community. The loft area is large enough to handle a family of guests for the hollidays, and can be used as a media room, hobby room, or office. Universal Design allows the main floor of this home to be fully accessed by a handicapped person. This home feels like a much larger home, due to the generous room sizes, and open configuration. The garage can be extended to hold two or more cars if needed. The picture at left demonstrates the huge amount of south-facing roof area available for gathering solar energy, and allowing this home to operate as a true zero-energy home.
