The Edgy Cabins were designed to be as energy efficient as a small home could be, while providing everything anyone needs to live, at an unbelievably low price point. The only interior walls (surfaces cost money) are surrounding the bathroom which can be slightly modified to provide full handicapped access if required. The bedroom area can be separated from the main living area by a large armoire, providing closet space and privacy at the same time. There is an extra “sleeping loft” above the bathroom and part of the kitchen.

The enormous south-facing roof can hold enough solar panels to power this home AND your existing home, if you chose to make this your back yard Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).
