A direct descendant of the popular Wedge 1002 Positive NRG Home™, this vesrion has optimized the lower floor to accommodate a family, and has provided a second private bedroom and bathroom upstars. It also offers the possiblility of having a roomer or care-taker living on the upper level, while the owner lives on the lower. The roof plan is exactly the same as the Wedge 1002 Plan, which has proven its ability to power an electric car for more than 20,000 miles per year, even in a cold climate.

The addition of a sun-porch on the south side extends the outdoor living area on the main level, though the garage has been eliminated on the version shown. We can re-attach the garage and roof deck from the Wedge 1002 on request.
