Positive NRG RC-4

A direct descendant of the popular RC-3 Positive NRG Home™, this vesrion has optimized the lower floor to accommodate a family, and has provided a second private bedroom and bathroom upstars. It also offers the possiblility of having a roomer or care-taker living on the upper level, while the owner lives on the lower. The roof plan is exactly the same as the RC-3 Plan, which has proven its ability to power an electric car for more than 20,000 miles per year, even in a cold climate.

The addition of a sun-porch on the south side extends the outdoor living area on the main level, though the garage has been eliminated on the version shown. We can re-attach the garage and roof deck from the RC-3 on request.
