Cottage 11-1530

The C 11-1530 plan is one of our original “Cottage” series of plans first developed in 2007.  All five of the original designs used the same 30’x35′ footprint, designed to fit on tiny lots.  This house employs Universal Design, allowing a handicapped person full access to all main floor areas and features. The second floor loft can be configured as a second bedroom, or as an office or multi-purpose room.

We also have a version of this plan with two bedrooms and a bath on the second floor, similar to plan #C-10-1884.
